Workout of the day! Inspired by cross training, expect “EMOMs” and “AMRAPs” as standard and be prepared to dig deep and push hard. The WOD combines effective high intensity training and strength work in an encouraging and motivating environment. There’s no hiding in The WOD, this is where hard work happens
By performing varied movements, at high intensity, The WOD will see you making progress in all areas of health and fitness. Our excellent instructors will create daily new classes which will incorporate TRX slings, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.
