You can cancel up to nine hours before the session starts.
The entrance is in the middle of the stairs leading down to Rema 1000 and Darres gate.
CREW has toilets and changing rooms with lockers.
You will need a lock for the lockers. You can purchase this at CREW.
At CREW we provide you with anything you need.
We have towels, yoga matts and blocks, and boxing gloves for the boxing classes.
You can also purchase your own boxing gloves if you wish.
No worries! Stop by CREW in the afternoon between 16:00 and 20:00 to pick them up. We save all forgotten shoes for a week, so there is no need to call and make sure we do :)
Crew is open every weekday between 06:00 and 08:30, 10:30-12:00 and 16:00-20:00. Saturday: 09:00-14:00. Sunday: 11:00-16:00
Of course you can try The Box! The boxing classes at CREW require no skills or techniques. We will go through all the different punches with you, and guide you though the class. It is no sparring in our classes, just you and the bag.
We even provide you with boxing gloves!
If you bought classes around the time we opened in January, you can of course still use those classes. But because we now use a different system, you can't merge those classes to your current profile.
To use the classes, pick payment method "code" when booking a class and enter the code you received on mail.
If you are uncertain on how many classes you have left you can just email us, and we will check it for you.

Remember that all unused credits will expire when deleting your account.
