Ewelina is a true CREW yogi, but she is also a trained actress, choreographer and dance teacher. Ewelina specializes in Power Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga, yoga directions that get the heart rate up and release loads of endorphins. Ewelina's classes will give you the opportunity to strengthen your body and expand your body's mobility. Everyone is welcome on Ewelina's mat - whether you have previous yoga experience or not.

Ragna is a certified 200-hour Yoga Alliance yoga instructor in Rocket and Vinyasa yoga. She loves how yoga is a tool for deep self-exploration and how it helps people reconnect with their bodies. In Ragna's classes, you are encouraged to push yourself and challenge your own limits, always with a playful approach. The feeling, the groove and the intention are more important than looking for the aesthetics of a position. In addition to teaching and studying yoga, she is a violinist, and spends most of her time practicing and playing concerts. Ragna is convinced that yoga is making her a better musician, and she can't wait to share this inspiration with you!

Andrine is a ball of energy and has a burning commitment to training! She's been dancing all her life, so you might want to see her jumping and bouncing between the treadmills and the weights. Andrine has several years' experience as a Step/Strength instructor, and has run concepts such as TRX, Tabata, strength circle, easy yoga and BodyPump. She has also been a dance instructor and ski instructor in her home village of Oppdal. At Andrine's classes, we can promise you an endorphin rush, and she makes sure that the music will help you throughout the session!
Sofie is a cheerful and energetic girl! She has studied several subjects in sports and when she is not giving kick-ass classes at CREW she works as a nurse. She grew up in an active family and started early as a gymnast, then got involved in the beach volleyball environment. Now she has acquired a taste for boxing and high heart rate classes, while in recent years she has enjoyed running. She prefers to use up her energy on exercise and social activities, so she rarely turns down a social workout. She looks forward to transferring a lot of energy to you in her classes 💥
Helene has trained functional strength and running for many years, and in recent years she has trained CrossFit and boxing. Helene has 30 credits in physical education and is a trained group exercise instructor. Her goal is for everyone to challenge themselves in a way that suits them, while training in a way that makes you want to do it again the next day! She is highly knowledgable and experienced so make sure to try her classes.
Emelia is passionate about the connection between mind and body, and approaches fitness with that mindset. As an instructor she cares about everyone being seen in class and met at the level in which they are at. But don’t be fooled by her friendly smile; Emelia believes in facing fears and do what is uncomfortable - getting out of the comfort zone. Emelia pushed herself out of the comfort zone, when she at the age of 19 moved to New York to pursue her dream of becoming an actress 🤩 Emelia is a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine, and after 11 years of living in America, she recently moved back to the motherland and she is thrilled to be apart of Crew!
Jim is a former national team athlete on the Norwegian national boxing team and has boxed actively all his life. Watch out for a hard right hook and professional guidance in the boxing ring! In addition to boxing, Jim is fond of strength training with high intensity and fast intervals on the treadmill. When you can't find Jim at CREW, he works as an elementary school teacher. Jim uses his experience from teaching to be clear and inclusive for all participants. A creative, inspiring and motivating instructor who looks forward to sharing his boxing and training experience.
